ouch, cringe, repeat

My brain has gotten stuck in a sensory OCD loop. About an hour ago, I was trying to pry the shaker top of a spice jar and bent my fingernail back. For the last half-hour, I've been periodically reliving the sensation. I don't mind song loops much anymore, and I can tolerate squicky-phrase/word loops pretty well. This...is new. And disturbing.
