alenxa_classicMale MC is not Kurogane, but the unholy love child of Kurogane and Fai. He comes from an analogue to Russia and he looks kind of like Michael Weston. (Why, brain, why? Looking at Milo on the calendar this month wasn't supposed to cause free association.)
Female MC, the one I started with, still doesn't know what she looks like but is leaning toward looking like me. This is unacceptable.
I've found myself putting in elements and objects from computer RPGs I like, which is giving me a whole different outlook on the project. Thanks to CRPGs, I'm actually quite used to knowing very little of the "real" plot of something and either being content to discover it on the way or guessing it before it happens. The characters evolve too, in some cases doing things I wouldn't necessarily expect to be germane to their personalities (Aveyond, I'm looking at you). And here I thought I really was just wasting time.
