campaign sign of the apocalypse?

For those to whom this will have meaning of some sort: Gavin Huntley-Fenner is up for re-election to the board of the Irvine Unified School District. I'm not sure how I missed it when he was first elected, what with the amazing number of campaign signs people tend to put up. This morning, if I'd been drinking coffee on the drive to work, it would've gone straight onto the windshield.

We were down your way Sunday for the CHP BBQ and saw that Dick Mountjoy was running for office again. Will that man ever learn why college students steal his campaign signs?
