two days of absolutely inconsequential stuff

1. Bought a box of Honey Smacks Monday night to get the lightsaber spoon. I took a baggie of them to work yesterday to nibble on. Having been raised in a low-sugar household (Frosted Flakes were only permissible when mixed 1-to-1 with regular corn flakes, and don't even get me started on Lucky Charms), this is my first experience with the stuff. And it is goooooood. Like miniature caramel Booty. Needless to say, I took more today.

2. Yay Pope. (Heard a phrase coined yesterday regarding his age: too pooped to Pope. Also, from Fishfax: "This Pope doesn't look very Popey." Hee.)

3. Food pyramids......looks like the Bean and Legume Council had more pull than FAAN. I wonder, if someone can't eat the beans and legumes, do they get extra meat, or extra grains?

Next step is to analyze the points..........

4. Want Lost, DAMMIT!!!!! I'm getting a little silly about it.....I noticed my magnetic mini-whiteboard was emblazoned with a company logo: Boone. It's now preceded by a blue-markered "R.I.P."

5. Brain is writing fanfic without my permission. Fortunately, my fingers don't seem to mind jotting it down. I've figured out what Belldandy is doing in Tomoeda, but I can never consistently remember what happens beyond that. Except the ice-cream-eating showdown.

Half'n'Half Frosted Flakes

Sounds like my house. Honey Nut Cheerios were the same. And we only got cold cereal on Saturdays. Of course, Mom cooked a hot breakfast from scratch every other day, so this was hardly a bad thing.

We're back to that now. I go to her place at 5:30 for our walk, we have breakfast and then at 7:00 I come home to prep for the rest of the day. The only difference is that we take turns cooking.

Breakfast is a wonderful thing.
