update on random crud

alenxa_classicI'm considering getting the new William Shatner album, just for the laugh value. I've heard the version of "Common People" an awful lot and still find it funny. There's just something about Captain Kirk emoting about roaches that makes me snicker every time.
Burned spot is behaving almost like normal skin. Looks a bit dusky and doesn't like hot water, but it seems as though I hit the jackpot with the Res-Q. This is encouraging, as the last time I tried it on a sunburn it did precisely jack, which confused me after watching it completely fade a previous sunburn overnight not a month before. I think catching the burn before it fully develops is the key, but I'll need another data point before I can make a call on that and I am not desirous of getting hurt in the name of science.
For those of you familiar with my November goal list, I achieved exactly one of them. My new goal is to have the other two completed by the end of January, as it seems more likely I'll have the time after the holidays. Having a Legendary ranking in the Baking skill has its disadvantages this time of year.
